Duplex (2 Units)............Sq ft price + $100.00

Additional Prices

 

Age of Home

Add $75 for structures built prior to 2000.

 

Additional Structures

Add $100 for additional structures (including sheds, detached garages, etc.).

 

Sprinkler System

All inspections include FREE sprinkler system inspection up to 10 zones.  More than 10 zones are an additional $50.

 

Foundation Type

Add $100 for pier and beam foundations.

 

Re-Inspection

$150 for re-inspections.  Re-inspections are usually requested due to utility services (gas, water, electric, etc.) not on at the time of scheduled inspection.  Fee may vary depending on scope of inspection. 

 

Location

Inspection prices are subject to change given the location of the property from Bastrop, TX. Depending on location an additional charge may be incurred.
