Hi, my name is Bryce and welcome to my website!

I am a Texas Licensed Home Inspector and have lived in Central Texas for 11 years. I have 30+ years of carpentry/construction experience and truly enjoy helping customers identify structural issues with their homes. My vision for my company Aesthetic Inspections is to bring beautiful precision to home inspections and to fully serve customers with competency, transparency, and passion.

Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult. Unlike most professionals, you probably will not get to meet me until after you hire me. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and yes, different pricing. One thing for sure is that a home inspection requires work, a lot of work. Ultimately a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector’s own effort. Aesthetic Inspections in-depth inspection process includes a comprehensive visual examination of the property’s physical structure and mechanical systems. It covers all the main areas of concern, from basement to rooftop, and our inspections and reports surpass government requirements.

Our inspection report is a detailed written report complete with photos of the property - not just a checklist, and include findings and recommendations based on our inspections. We also include supplementary material to help illustrate proper maintenance of a home.
